Oceania Cruises Ltd. (“Oceania Cruises,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) encourages you to share your stories, questions, comments, photos, videos, tags and links about your experiences with us on our official social media pages and websites (including, but not limited to Facebook, X, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc. However, everyone must remain respectful of other members within the community and in accordance with this Social Media Policy (“Policy”).

We may update or modify this Policy at any time effective upon posting the revised Policy. We may give notice of such updates and modifications by any means, including without limitation, by posting a revised version of this Policy, or providing other notice in our discretion.

Please note that by uploading any post, text, comment, caption, video, photo, or submission of any kind, including the display of any person, group of people and other elements incorporated therein (collectively, the “Submission”) on any official Oceania Cruises social media page or website, you automatically grant to Oceania Cruises, its subsidiaries, affiliates, licensees and successors the unlimited right and permission (but not the obligation) to use the Submission, along with your name, social media name(s) and addresses, in all media and in perpetuity, and in accordance with Oceania Cruises’ Privacy Policy .

You agree that you have no right of approval, no claim to compensation, and no claim of infringement (including, without limitation, claims based upon copyright, trademark, invasion of privacy, defamation, right of publicity, or moral rights) arising out of any use of your Submission.

All Submissions must comply with the following guidelines:

  • Submissions cannot be obscene or offensive, sexually explicit or suggestive, violent, or derogatory of any ethnic, racial, gender, religious, professional or age group, profane or pornographic, contain nudity, or endorse any form of hate or hate group;
  • Submissions cannot promote alcohol, illegal drugs, tobacco, firearms/weapons (or the use of any of the foregoing), any activities that may appear unsafe or dangerous, or any particular political agenda or message;
  • Submissions cannot defame, misrepresent or contain disparaging remarks about Oceania Cruises or its products, or other people, products or companies; and
  • Submissions cannot communicate messages or images inconsistent with the positive images and/or goodwill at Oceania Cruises’ sole discretion.

  • All decisions concerning whether any Submission complies with these guidelines shall be made by Oceania Cruises, in its sole discretion. Oceania Cruises reserves the right in its sole discretion to take down any and all Submissions, regardless of whether the Submission is or is not in compliance with these guidelines.

    By making a Submission, you warrant and represent the Submission does not violate any third party intellectual property or privacy rights; nor violate any law or regulation; nor is it fraudulent, deceptive or misleading. Submissions cannot advertise or promote any brand or product of any kind other than Oceania Cruises and its brands, cruises, and operations.
