Relaxed Yet Refined Dining: The Finest Cuisine at Sea Redefined
An expansive sushi station, new Indian Corner and a revamped poolside lunch menu – these are some of the highlights featured in the next chapter of Oceania Cruises’ culinary story: Relaxed Yet Refined dining. Our new casual dining experiences exemplify our commitment to continually evolve The Finest Cuisine at Sea®, offering guests expanded dining options across our fleet of small, luxurious ships. They also highlight that the finest dining doesn’t always mean the fanciest. Sometimes it’s a perfectly prepared pizza or burrata dish enjoyed al fresco, a decadent sundae enjoyed on deck or savoring a new dish at one of our casual venues. And casual doesn’t mean rushed – you can linger, relax and enjoy no matter where you dine on our ships.
Here's a look at our delicious new offerings:
New Sushi and Indian Cuisine Offerings at Terrace Café
With the addition of a daily sushi station as well as an Indian Corner, the Terrace Café’s impressive array of international cuisines has expanded even further. The expansive sushi station boasts 45 brand-new recipes, created by Oceania Cruises’ newly appointed Executive Culinary Directors, Chefs Alex Quaretti and Eric Barale, along with their talented team. These include two types of sashimi per day, two types of uramaki, three kinds of nigiri and a daily vegetarian option.
As Oceania Cruises’ staff hails from every corner of the globe, they bring their knowledge and experience to the table – literally. The new Indian Corner is a perfect example of this. Operating once every cruise during dinner service, the Indian Corner features 15 authentic Indian recipes, some of which have been handed down through generations. Be sure to try the butter chicken and the dhal – popular choices with our guests.
Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, Terrace Café is the center of the line’s relaxed dining options.
